Wow! It’s nice to have a bakery in town that provides you with the warm taste of home. They have such a variety of pastries that it was so hard to pick. I decided to try two flavors of the honeycomb bread: lotus and pistachio, and I was amazed! The cinnamon roll was good, and I got a cup of tea to go with it. Let's just say that it hit the spot. Customer service was great, and I know I will be coming back.

Walked in here on a whim one day with my husband, and oh my goodness… Nash, who works in the front, was so welcoming and let us sample a few things. We literally walked out having bought a piece of everything he let us sample. The shredded wheat nut-rolls, cream cheese honeycomb, and cream cheese spicycomb are our favorite. Every time I go into this place I want a piece of everything in the display, it’s all so pretty and so delicious 😭 This is now one of our go-to spots for sweet, savory, and hearty treats. They also offer chai, coffee, and different kinds of honey. So proud to have this beautiful Yemeni bakery in our Fresno community. Thank you to Nash and his lovely wife who bakes all of these wonderful treats! ♥️

So friendly and really makes delicious creations. Baklava fingers are amazing and perfectly sweet and crisp. Highly recommend! Will def be coming here for party trays in the future and more of the sweet and savory treats. Incredible place!

If you’ve never tried Yemeni bakery food before, Sabaya Hut is the perfect place to start.
The sabaya is amazing — you can get it warm and ready with honey, or take it frozen and bake it fresh at home, and both options are incredible. The honeycomb pastries are also a must-try, especially the pistachio one. Even if you’re not familiar with these desserts, the flavors are rich, comforting, and not overpowering.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new and delicious in Fresno.

Amazing food and hospitality. The moment we walked in we were greeted and asked if we would like to sample some things. We had the different samples of cheese breads both sweet and savory. We had a few of the flat breads with meat fillings and cheese. We had the teas that were made daily. There was no pressure to purchase and was just a joy to walk into a new place and get a chance to try new things. We of course purchased some baklava, flat breads both sweet and savory. There wasn’t anything there we didn’t like. We came home loaded with carbs that was worth it. We will be back and we will recommend.

Wow. Just wow. I am not sure how this place has been hidden from me for so long. Found this quite by accident when I was on my way to a corporate chain of mediocrity and made a wrong turn. And there to the side is a big sign advertising cinnamon rolls among other things (the exact thing i was craving). Even better; I walk in and that is exactly what is just coming out of the oven. Then entire place is filled with fresh baked smells and the love of a young family. If you are looking for fresh, local, delicious, and decently priced, this is the place.
The cinnamon roll was the exact right texture, flakey, soft, not wet but also very much NOT dry. Mild cinnamon and a light airy not too sweet cream cheese frosting. There is a small table big enough for 2-3 people to sit and enjoy if you want.
I talked with the owner and he recommended some other items that also had just come out of the oven. 'Honey comb bread' small balls of fluffy butter dinner rolls style bread each filled with cream cheese and topped with honey. Very delicious and im told a top seller.
The baklava is also delicious, with pistachio being the primary nut of choice. It was fresh, flaky, and tender with that perfect touch of honey.
They have meat pockets and meat pies as well, something I was not aware was available in fresno. A very good price and I will be back to try soon for lunch. There are so many other pastries to try it will take some time to try them all.
